• Adding £250 000 profit to an end-of-terrace home, after design and build costs were deducted!

• Designed and fitted a new office in 3 days, when others thought it impossible for a graphic design client.
• Consulted on 3 stories for clients who then made the changes with their architect, went to planning and it was all approved first time (with a £90 000 saving by converting the garage instead of a new building in their garden.)
• A loft conversion single dormer was changed to a hip to gable loft extension resulting in two large bedrooms (and a bathroom when the original architect said that it would not be possible).
• Consulted on various spaces, from bedrooms to gyms, saving the client time and money from their original designs by decorating instead of building.
